Financial Advisory and Investment ServicesBuild new relationships
and maintain existing client portfolio relationships in the bank
branch local area.Develop new investment business with local
businesses and banking clients.Work with the branch employees,
communicating on a regular basis.Keep employees updated on Crews &
Associates, Inc. products and offer training on any of those
products when requested.Attend any and all bank meetings when
invited.It is your responsibility to stay informed on all
investment products offered by Crews & Associates, Inc.Know your
clients, make only suitable recommendations using the tools
available to determine risk tolerance.Analyze client portfolios
and/or investments as needed to assist with future investments for
income, growth or principal preservation.Physical/Mental
RequirementsThe employee spends time writing, keyboarding,
speaking, listening, lifting, carrying, seeing (such as close,
color and peripheral vision, depth perception and adjusted focus),
sitting, pulling, walking, standing, squatting, kneeling, and
reaching. The employee may operate any or all of the
following:telephone, smart phone, copy and fax machines, personal
computer, printers, or other equipment as directed.The employee
must be able to read and understand documents, instruments, and
reports; perform detailed work; and problem solve. The employee
must also display proficiency in customer contact, analytical
reasoning, math, language, presentation skills, and verbal and
written communication. The employee must be able to effectively
manage stress, multiple concurrent tasks, and constant
interruptions.CompetenciesExtensive knowledge of Municipal Bonds,
Stocks, Mutual Funds, and Unit Investment Trust.Extensive knowledge
of Life Insurance, Fixed Annuities, and Variable
Annuities.Portfolio Management and Allocation skills for managing
long-term investment objectives.Ability to develop proper response
to report critical issues.Must possess excellent communication and
written skills related to various clients and business
associates.Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees
of the organization.Excellent time management skills and the
ability to prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem solving
skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong
organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.Work
EnvironmentThe work environment is primarily in a climate
controlled office building.Work ScheduleDays: Monday - FridayTime:
Generally, 40 hours a week with flexibility of hours for visiting
other branches and meeting clients.Lunch: At employees
discretion.The Account Executive supervisor may adjust his/her work
hours depending on the need.Notification to, and approval from, the
employee's supervisor is required if the employee plans to be

investment objectives before every meeting or phone

investment recommendations to clients.Building new relationships
through existing clients and bank employees on a daily
basis.Traveling to each branch in your territory to meet clients on
a regular basis.Making investment recommendations in the best
interest of the client and Crews & Associates.
