dynamic and experienced Permanent Tax- Senior Associate to join our
fast-paced Accounting and Finance team. This is an exceptional
opportunity for a tax professional with a minimum of 3-4 years of
experience, looking to advance their career and make a significant
contribution to our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of partnership tax laws and regulations, excellent
analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
on time. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Tax- Senior Associate,
you will be responsible for: 1. Preparing and reviewing partnership
tax returns and work papers, ensuring compliance with state and
federal regulations. 2. Conducting research on complex tax matters
and providing guidance to partners and clients. 3. Assisting in the
planning and execution of tax strategies to minimize tax
liabilities and risks. 4. Collaborating with the audit team to
ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. 5. Providing tax
advisory services to partners, including advising on the tax
implications of proposed business decisions and transactions. 6.
Keeping abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, and
advising partners on the potential impact of these changes on their
business. 7. Participating in the training and development of
junior staff, providing guidance and feedback as necessary. 8.
Liaising with tax authorities and representing partners in tax
audits and disputes. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the
Permanent Tax- Senior Associate role will have the following
qualifications: 1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a
related field. A CPA, Masters in Taxation, or a similar
qualification will be an added advantage. 2. A minimum of 5 years
of experience in a tax role, with a focus on partnership taxation.
3. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations,
particularly as they relate to partnerships. 4. Excellent
analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
interpret complex tax information and provide clear, concise
advice. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to work effectively with partners, clients, and team
members at all levels. 6. High attention to detail and a commitment
to delivering high-quality work on time. 7. Proficiency in tax
software and other relevant computer applications. 8. A proactive
approach to work, with the ability to take initiative and work
independently when required. 9. A commitment to continuous learning
