company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Permanent
Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this
role, you will work closely with our commercial clients, providing
them with top-notch service and ensuring their insurance needs are
met and exceeded. You will be responsible for managing a diverse
portfolio of commercial accounts, and your expertise in commercial
lines and account management will be key to maintaining and growing
our client relationships. If you are a strategic thinker with a

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts,
maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their
insurance needs are met. 2. Review and analyze clients' current
insurance policies, identifying gaps in coverage and recommending
appropriate solutions. 3. Serve as the primary point of contact for
clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing
expert advice on insurance matters. 4. Collaborate with the sales
team to identify opportunities for account growth and retention. 5.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and
changes in insurance regulations to provide accurate and timely
information to clients. 6. Prepare and present detailed reports on
account status, including renewals, changes, and claims. 7.
Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and
conditions for policies. Qualifications: 1. Must have a minimum of
5 years of experience in account management, specifically within
commercial lines. 2. Must hold a current and valid Certified
Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. 3. Proven experience in
Property and Casualty insurance is required. 4. Exceptional
customer service skills, with a proven ability to build and
maintain strong client relationships. 5. Strong analytical skills,
with the ability to review and understand complex insurance
policies and identify gaps in coverage. 6. Excellent negotiation
skills, with a proven ability to negotiate terms and conditions
with underwriters and carriers. 7. Strong organizational skills,
with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
effectively. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically
Excel, and experience with insurance management software. 9.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 10. Must have a
strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Join us
