Description: Weyerhaeuser is seeking a motivated and analytical
Sr. Pricing Analyst to join our Wood Products Pricing team. This
role will partner with our business leaders, sales, replenishment,
finance, and business development driving operational and pricing
excellence. Leveraging strong problem solving, financial, and
analytical skills, this role delivers in-depth strategic pricing
analysis and actionable insights that support data-driven
decision-making and maximize revenue. The analyst monitors market
trends, sales activity, and inventory levels to implement
responsive, real-time pricing strategies aligned with supply and
demand dynamics. They play a critical role in shaping pricing
decisions and supporting top performance, while also assisting less
experienced team members as needed. Our ideal candidate is

Accountabilities : Maintains customer pricing information. Leads
price change events and/or strategic pricing reviews. Partners with
and influences the managers on strategic pricing decisions and
recommendations through analysis and insights consistent with the
Weyerhaeuser pricing objectives. Works with Business Managers to
understand product strategy, local market dynamics and recommend
pricing changes. Analyzes price relationships between products.
Collaborates with local teams to fully understand drivers in
requests to ensure accurate pricing is set up. Develops and/or
provides training to new leaders within the business on pricing
strategy. Uses extensive business knowledge, data, and analysis to
identify, share opportunities and make recommendations. Skills and
Attributes: Proven ability to understand complex concepts and
manage complex and highly detailed projects Demonstrated detail
orientation, able to identify anomalies and opportunities through
proven analytical skills Demonstrates solid understanding of
business concepts, pricing concepts, and financial metrics
Demonstrates excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written
communication skills - able to communicate a simple message despite
complexity and detail Track record of building effective
relationships, and contributing to a cross functional team
environment Qualifications: High School/GED Strongly Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or finance 3 years
building materials or related industry experience 1-2 years in
sales, marketing or finance and pricing management experience
Strong data analysis skills utilizing tools like Excel and PowerBI
Experience with pricing software such as PriceFX and SAP experience
is preferred What We Offer: Compensation : This role is eligible
for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a
salary range of $62,900-118,800 based on your level of skills,
qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our
Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5-7%
of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two
times that target. Benefits : When you join our team, you and your

Retirement : Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k
plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual
contribution equal to 5% of your base salary. Paid Time Off or
Vacation : We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work
25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use
during your first year of employment. In addition, after being
employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue
vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per
year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave
