Job Description Job Description LHH is partnering with a growing
organization in North Austin to identify a highly skilled Senior
Accounts Payable Specialist for a full-time, fully onsite
temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented
and analytical AP professional who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and is comfortable owning high-volume, complex AP
functions. The Senior AP Specialist will play a key role in
maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial
operations while supporting continuous process improvements. Key
Responsibilities Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable for a
high-volume environment Review, code, and process vendor invoices
with accuracy and efficiency Reconcile vendor statements, resolve
discrepancies, and maintain positive vendor relationships Prepare
and process weekly check runs, ACH and wire payments Support
month-end closing activities including accruals and journal entries
Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with company policies
and regulatory requirements Assist with audit requests and provide
supporting documentation as needed Collaborate cross-functionally
with procurement, accounting, and department managers Identify
process gaps and contribute to workflow improvements Support
special projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 4 years of
progressive AP experience required; senior-level or lead experience
strongly preferred Strong understanding of AP best practices, GAAP
principles, and internal controls Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP,
Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) Advanced Excel skills highly desired
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work fully onsite in North Austin Monday-Friday Pay
