Job Description:

Job Purpose and Scope: Directs and maintains the control of the Information Security and Information Technology related risk activities. Participates in the creation of standards and the implementation of processes to ensure compliance with these standards and the Information Security Program. Supports the Information Security and Information Technology teams to reduce and maintain the related residual risks. Serves as liaison between Information Security team and Operational Risk Management. Essential Job Functions: 1. Assists in developing and maintaining Information Security risk governance documentation, including but not limited to standards, procedures, and guidelines. 2. Coordinates risk related activities to improve and reduce residual risks. 3. Serves as the liaison between Information Security and other business units and entities: 1. Operational Risk Management ( ORM ), for understanding and maintaining the inventory of risks, facilitating and/or conducting risk and control assessments; 2. Internal Audit, for gathering requested documentation and participating in relevant audits, as well as assisting in the preparation of management responses; 3. Business Resilience, for participating in the business impact analysis, updating business continuity plans and technology recovery plans, observing, participating in, and/or reviewing results of Business Resilience tests, and supporting crisis management activities as needed; and 4. Corporate Finance, for understanding the line of business processes, controls, and procedures associated with Sarbanes-Oxley Act ( SOX ). 1. Provides support and education to other business units of implemented information security controls. 2. Maintains current knowledge of and education on IT and Information Security evolving technologies and threats. 3. Assists IT team with risk related activities and serve as an additional risk resource for continuity. 4. Serves as liaison with ORM. 1. Ensures complete and timely reporting of loss data for area. 2. Manages Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) for area. 3. Coordinates Key Risk Indicators collection for area. 4. Tracks action items related to completion for area. 5. Assists area in timely completion of all operational risk reporting requirements including the maintenance and management of User Defined Applications (UDA) for area. 6. Coordinates training and awareness activities for area. 7. Provides business leaders with operational risk data for consideration in decision-making. 1. Serves on various councils, as appropriate. 2. Travels on company business, as needed. 3. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions. 4. Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work. 5. Follows Bank policy, procedures and guidelines. 6. Performs other duties as needed. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 1. Knowledge of regulatory requirements enforced by the FFIEC, FDIC, and other relevant federal / state supervisory agencies. 2. Comprehensive knowledge of banking regulations and laws. 3. Comprehensive knowledge of information security and technology risks and controls. 4. Ability to produce accurate, thorough and timely work, while meeting commitments and following policies and procedures. 5. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with other functional leaders. 6. Ability to develop and manage relationships across broad and geographically dispersed businesses and teams. 7. Ability to work effectively in a complex business environment. 8. Ability to demonstrate business acumen, along with negotiation and leadership skills. 9. Ability to maintain attention to detail and complete work in a thorough, accurate and timely manner. 10. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of an organization. 11. Ability to demonstrate effective project management and organizational skills. 12. Ability to travel for business purposes. 13. Ability to work without close supervision. 14. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects and adapt quickly to changing needs. 15.
