Job Description:

ResponsibilitiesDocument Formatting & Editing:

  • Format and edit Microsoft Word and Excel document content provided by the engagement teams
  • Must have excellent grammar, punctuation, editing, proofing and verbal communication skills
  • Ensure documents are satisfactorily and consistently prepared and participate in a review process to incorporate feedback

    Software Mastery:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
    • Knowledge of ProSystem fx Engagement and GoFileRoom helpful, but not necessary

      Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Back-up receptionist
      • General administrative office duties (mail, file, copy, meeting set up, etc.)
      • Occasional errands (post office, etc.)
      • Facilities support
      • Correspondence and other administrative assistance for partners and managers
      • Flexibility in work hours; occasional unplanned overtime will occur


        • Minimum 2-5 years professional office experience
        • Minimum High School Diploma, College Degree preferred
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Specifically Word and Excel
        • Ability to meet deadlines efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
        • Great organizational skills
        • Must be thorough and very detail oriented
        • Must be able to handle constructive feedback; often work is proofed by another member of the team for accuracy
        • Type 50+ wpm
