Job DescriptionJob Summary:Greets all visitors in a professional manner, directs them to destination, handles messages and handles various clerical duties as directed by supervisor. Operate a multiple line switchboard or phone system. Responsibilities:

• Opens and closes lobby/visitor
• Greets all customers and visitors in a professional, courteous and friendly manner ; Answer inquires and directs them as appropriate or contact staff of a visitor
• Answers all incoming calls and transfers the caller to the appropriate personnel/departments or responds to questions as appropriate
• Receives, sorts, and ensure delivery of incoming mail
• Coordinates the pickup and delivery of package and express mail services (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Assist with other related clerical duties such as faxing, photocopying, mail-merge, etc.
• Performs other related duties as required or assignedEducation, Experience, and Skill Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and a pleasant telephone voice.
  • Able to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple incoming calls while greeting walk-in customers
  • Must have basic clerical skills and be computer literate.
  • Regularly required to sit, to talk, and to hear. Must occasionally stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close. May be required to lift or move up to 10 pounds occasionally.The pay for this position begins at $15.00 per hour.
