Key Responsibilities: Patient Care & Procedures: Monitor vital signs, prepare patients for examinations, explain procedures, and support Med Spa injectors. Clinical Skills: Perform routine blood draws, handle specimen collection/labeling, and assist with IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections. Equipment Management: Sterilize and meticulously maintain medical equipment to ensure a safe, contamination-free environment. Patient Engagement: Educate patients on medications, treatments, and preventative wellness measures. Front Office & Admin: Answer phones, engage with patients daily via our CRM system, manage scheduling, maintain medical records (ECW EMR), and handle basic billing.
