plans (Based on position) Salary: At EUSSD, compensation is
determined through a comprehensive approach that considers
candidate qualifications, role responsibilities, market benchmarks,
and organizational needs. Pay may vary by location with potential
eligibility for bonuses or commission depending on the role. JOB
SUMMARY: Receive and directs visitor, employment applicants,
salespersons and customers to appropriate locations and parties;
operate a single or multiple position telephone system; maintain a
visitors' log and issues badges when necessary; notify personnel of
visitor arrival; may perform related clerical work such as word
processing. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive guests and keep a
visitors' log Notifies personnel of visitor arrival Answer main
company switch line Additional duties may include filing, sorting,
mail distribution and completing special clerical projects Perform
other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years
experience in customer service Experience answering phone and
working in front office setting Experience with answering customer
questions and inquiries Reporting experience required Excellent
oral and written skills At least 2 years of experience with
Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel MINIMUM
EDUCATION HS Diploma or GED Physical Requirements: While performing
the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to
stand; walk; sit; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel; crouch or
crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee may occasionally
lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities
required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color
vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to
