Job Description:
Golden Bear Packaging Inc. is seeking a skilled Weekend
Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering & Maintenance team.
As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in
ensuring our machinery and manufacturing systems operate with
maximum efficiency and reliability. This position is critical in
allowing us to meet the high standards of production for our
diverse range of customized packaging solutions, constantly
aligning with our commitment to sustainability and innovation. The
role requires technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and a
dedication to maintenance excellence during weekend shifts. Conduct
routine maintenance and inspections of manufacturing equipment and
systems to ensure optimal performance Identify, diagnose, and
repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in production
machinery Perform scheduled maintenance and preventive repairs
Record maintenance activities and produce reports on issues and
resolutions Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and
organized work areas Respond to emergency breakdowns during
weekends Collaborate with the manufacturing team to enhance machine
reliability and productivity Proficient in troubleshooting and
repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Strong
communication and teamwork skills Ability to read and interpret
technical diagrams and schematics Skilled in using tools and
equipment for machine repair Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
