Job Description Job Description Job Summary: As the Lead HVAC Mechanic, you will oversee day-to-day HVAC operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing system issues, mentoring junior technicians, and coordinating projects from start to finish. Qualifications: 5 years of HVAC experience , including commercial and/or industrial systems EPA Universal Certification (Required) HVAC/R trade school or equivalent training Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems Provide technical guidance and training to team members Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used Manage inventory and equipment on job sites
