Position Overview: We’re looking for a Driving Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll ride in vehicles equipped with Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology, ensuring a safe and smooth experience for passengers. Your main duties will involve monitoring the vehicle’s performance, staying alert during trips, and stepping in to take control of the vehicle when necessary. While technical expertise is not required, a strong focus on safety and customer experience is essential. Key Responsibilities: · Accompany passengers during Full Self-Driving (FSD) trips, monitoring the vehicle’s performance and ensuring safety. · Intervene and take control of the vehicle only if the FSD system requires manual input or assistance. · Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive and safe experience for passengers. · Stay attentive and alert throughout each ride, ready to act in case of any issues. Candidate Requirements: · Must be 18 years of age or older. · A valid Texas driver’s license. · Proof of car insurance. ( Active auto insurance ) · A clean driving record. · Ability to speak English fluently. · Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions and signals. · Comfortable engaging with customers and providing excellent service. · Able to sit in a vehicle for extended periods of time. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): · Experience working with autonomous driving companies or other self-driving technologies. · Prior experience with ride-sharing services or food delivery platforms.
