Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
speech-language pathology opportunity is available at an elementary
school setting in Benton, Arkansas. This contract position runs
through the current school year with an expected end date in May
2026. The role involves providing speech-language services
primarily to preschool-age children across multiple campuses. Key
Responsibilities: - Deliver individualized speech-language therapy
to a caseload of 36-40 students across 3-4 elementary school
campuses - Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each
students communication needs - Collaborate with teachers and
support staff to integrate speech goals within the classroom
environment - Maintain documentation and progress reports in
accordance with school and professional guidelines - Participate in
team meetings and contribute to intervention planning Desired
Qualifications and Experience: - Current Speech-Language Pathology
license (SLP license required; Candidates holding a Clinical
Fellowship Year (CFY) will also be considered) - Experience working
with preschool-aged children in educational settings - Ability to
manage a caseload across multiple campuses efficiently - Excellent
communication and collaboration skills with educational staff and
families - Familiarity with school-based speech-language pathology
procedures and documentation Location: - Benton, Arkansas (Onsite
position) Schedule: - Approximately 35 hours per week This
