year of experience as an ASL Interpreter in educational settings.

Language Interpreter to support educational environments in North
Little Rock, AR. This role is essential in facilitating clear
communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing students and their
educators, promoting inclusive learning experiences. Key
Responsibilities: Interpret spoken communication into sign language
and vice versa during classroom instruction, meetings, and school
events. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure
effective communication access for students. Assist in one-on-one
and group settings, adapting interpreting techniques to diverse
educational needs. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
while providing accurate and impartial interpretation. Desired
Qualifications: Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) with
demonstrated interpreting experience, preferably in educational
settings. Strong understanding of Deaf culture and communication
nuances. Ability to travel to multiple school locations within the
North Little Rock area. Excellent interpersonal and organizational
skills. Previous experience working with children and adolescents
