Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Linux Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the advanced knowledge expert for all Linux
environments
Collaborate with multiple teams to design, develop, test,
implement, and support technical solutions
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure
availability
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree and at least 8-10 years of experience
8-10 full-time years of progressive operations experience into an
enterprise setting, including demonstrated O&M experience
8+ full-time years of progressive Enterprise Linux expertise
leading to RHEL8+ required with demonstrated experience using tools
like Satellite and IDM
Minimum of Red Hat Certified Engineer or Red Hat Certified
Administrator - or able to obtain it within 90 days
High proficiency (5+ years) of Ansible playbooks and scripts
written in Perl, Python and various shells
