Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a Permanent
Material Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is an integral
part of our manufacturing operation, ensuring that all material
requirements are met to keep our production lines running smoothly.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and
managing all aspects of material planning, procurement, and
inventory control. This role is a great opportunity for an

rewarding environment. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute
material planning strategies to support production schedules and
meet customer demands. 2. Collaborate with procurement, production,
and sales teams to ensure material availability and minimize
stockouts or overstocks. 3. Monitor and manage inventory levels to
optimize turnover and minimize carrying costs. 4. Analyze material
requirements and forecast future needs based on historical data,
sales trends, and production plans. 5. Coordinate with suppliers to
ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials. 6. Resolve
any issues related to material shortages, quality, delivery, or
cost. 7. Participate in cross-functional teams to implement
continuous improvement initiatives. 8. Maintain accurate records of
all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices,
and supplier performance metrics. 9. Comply with all company
policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and
regulations. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business,
Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years
of experience in material planning, procurement, or a similar role
in the manufacturing industry. 3. Strong knowledge of material
management principles, inventory control, and procurement
processes. 4. Proficiency in using material planning and
procurement software. 5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and
decision-making skills. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team
members at all levels of the organization. 7. Ability to handle
multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
8. Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. 9.
Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or similar
