Responsible to coordinate and establish formal interface with Engineering Partners, Engineering by Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers. Engineering Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead the engineering function across all project phases – from FEED to detailed design and construction support. Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines. Develop and manage project-specific engineering execution plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary technical interface between engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams. Review and approve technical documents, drawings, specifications, and calculations. Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and constructability reviews. Support procurement with technical bid evaluations and vendor document reviews. Manage technical exchanges in a professional and timely manner to support Construction; RFI & Submittal Process, etc. Foster collaboration between internal teams and external consultants or subcontractors. Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and adherence to best practices and lessons learned. Other miscellaneous duties as the business requires to support EPC and self-perform construction projects. The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required. Engineering Manager Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil preferred. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Engineering Management of EPC Projects in Steel Mills is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
