Job Description:
Responsible Engineer On-site | Camden, AR Contract Duration:
June 23, 2025 – May 23, 2026 Schedule: 4/10s (four 10-hour days per
week), 40 hours/week U.S. Citizenship required. Secret Clearance
(active or willingness to obtain) We are seeking six experienced
Project Engineers to support critical aerospace and defense
production programs. These roles will support real-time issue
resolution, process optimization, and cross-functional engineering
efforts across a range of advanced systems. Responsibilities: Lead
resolution of production non-conformances (UAI, rework, scrap)
Optimize manufacturing processes and support yield improvements
Serve as Engineering Authority on root cause and corrective action
Provide technical inputs across design, quality, and manufacturing
functions Support major defense programs
