In this role, you’ll perform complex machining operations, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. Why join us? $31.84/hour base $0.55/hour night shift differential Union environment with full medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and overtime opportunities Job Details Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills (HAAS, Mazak) to machine aluminum components to tight tolerances Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, sketches, and work orders Edit and write G-Code programs as needed to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and surface finishes Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and basic maintenance Support production by troubleshooting tooling and part quality issues Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to improve machining efficiency Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all company safety policies Qualifications 3 years of CNC machining experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment Proficiency with HAAS and/or Mazak controls Experience editing or writing G-Code programs Familiarity with Mastercam or similar CAM software preferred Strong understanding of machining aluminum components Ability to work independently and within a small team (2–3 machinists per shift) Interested in hearing more?
