Job Description Job Description URGENTLY HIRING INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIANS AND ELECTRO MECHANICS Pay: $37.45 , with a raise to $40.05 after 12 months Location: Dover, NJ Shift: 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts! (Apply for more details on times) Train on 1st shift for 90 days, 6am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday Job Description We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to perform electrical repairs and preventative maintenance on site equipment and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in electrical repair, 480V systems, and schematics. Responsibilities Locate and repair electrical failures and malfunctions on equipment such as heaters, elements, fuses, lights, and contacts. Repair and install electrical systems and equipment such as motors, transformers, wiring, alarm systems, and automatic control systems. Rebuild motors, including bearings and armatures. Understand and apply schematics and electrical blueprints in troubleshooting electrical systems and programmable controllers. Maintain frequent internal contact with manufacturing teams and external contact with contractors and suppliers. Proficiency in electrical repair, particularly with 480V systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics and electrical blueprints. Experience with robotic controllers, pneumatic and hydraulic modules, electromechanical sensing, and automated systems. Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with PLC, VFD install, and PLC wiring. Ability to pull wire and bend conduit. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dover, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $83200.00/yr. Comprehensive Health & Welfare benefits program offered to all eligible US employees on your start date. In addition to the above, you have the opportunity to participate in 401(k) retirement plan. Company will automatically enroll you in the plan at 4% of pay which will be deducted and contributed toward the plan unless you decline or make another election. Your Paid Time Off (PTO) accrues on a pay period basis, with a maximum of 18 days per year, for the first five years of employment.
