Job Description Job Description MEP superintendent - Data Centers MEP Superintendent - Mission Critical Position Overview The MEP Superintendent - Mission Critical will oversee and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for mission-critical facilities, ensuring the successful execution of projects in data centers and related environments. The role involves coordinating with various teams, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to project timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities Manage the installation and maintenance of MEP systems in data centers and mission-critical facilities. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction activities and compliance with safety standards. Oversee the commissioning process of MEP systems to ensure proper functionality and performance. Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on MEP-related issues. Qualifications Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent in mission-critical environments such as data centers or cold storage facilities. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes. Experience in managing large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
