Requirements: Key Responsibilities: * Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and electrical. * Utilize diagnostic tools, technical resources, and repair procedures to efficiently identify and resolve issues. * Complete factory-recommended maintenance, video inspections, and multi-point inspections. * Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail in all repairs and services. * Communicate clearly and professionally with service advisors regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs. * Adhere to manufacturer and dealership repair standards, safety protocols, and best practices. * Stay current with required training and certifications. * Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive repair and diagnostic experience. * Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a variety of makes and models. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * ASE certifications preferred but not required. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
