Job Description DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading bottling company is the US that is looking to add a Director of Manufacturing to their team in Arkansas. This individual with be responsible for all manufacturing activities within multiple bottling facilities. Responsibilities Responsible for managing production activities and achieving production targets in safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, capacity, cost control, staff development, and customer service. Direct plant teams in effectively managing in process results to support the output results Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, federal and/or company policy and procedures. Manage and lead teams in all direct and indirect production processes required to product and deliver a variety of products to consumers and customers. Provide coaching and direction to ensure success in meeting required outputs and schedules. Develop annual operating plan and capital requirements. Act as project manager of all capital projects. Generate and implement ideas for continual process improvement. Requirements A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required Previous experience managing a P&L is needed as well as extensive experience in evaluating and analyzing financial results Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive, high-performance work teams. Demonstrated change management and program implementation skills Thorough understanding of OSHA guidelines and environmental regulation Understanding of basic microbiology and quality assurance including HACCP and GMP's.
