Facility Manager- Retail, will be an integral part of the
facilities team and will also interface with groups across the
organization to ensure a positive internal and external customer
experience. In this role, The DFM will be the point of contact for
store operations in the geographic area for all repair and
maintenance related issues with the goal to drive building and
equipment uptime. This is a new business line (Grocer with new
technology implementations) for the client, and it is critical this
person balance the operational requirements while helping to build
and implement the processes and procedures. The DFM will respond to
a wide variety of on-site requests, providing proactive,
knowledgeable, and engaged service while creatively exceeding
expectations. The DFM will manage responsibilities in order to
effectively support the client store operations team and ultimately
the consumer.Summary of Responsibilities:Responsibilities and
essential job functions include but are not limited to the
following:Strategically align with District, Regional and Corporate
operational goalsDrive continuous improvement. Implement and
monitor standards of service to meet and exceed expectations. Look
for opportunities to improve efficiencies across operations and
expenditures, and to drive building and equipment reliability and
uptime. Ensure stores are open and operational coordinate items
off-hours as requiredEffectively communicate with different levels
of stakeholdersAct as Facility Operations and Maintenance
leadProject intake and executionManage Vendor/Supplier work and
relationsEstablish and ensure execution of SOPUse data and
information along with client FM team to check, plan, and adjust
SOP and SOWEnsure the right team is in placeManage and forecast
budgetsEnsure Safety CultureCoordinate and engage with
LandlordCoordinate regularly with 3rd party CMMS system and WO
executionBe On-Call to resolve issues in assigned region. Regularly
communicate with after-hours staff to help resolve any issues that
may ariseUnderstand the importance of data accuracy and the use of
data to inform and influence changeQualifications:Applicants must
be currently authorized to work in the United States without the
need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.Bachelors degree
preferred with a minimum of 5 years in Facility Management, or
equivalentFacilities Management experienceProfessional
certifications preferredProven record of continuous
improvementPrevious experience in retail managementProven ability
to guide and coach team members across different unitsDemonstrated
capacity to use curiosity to find opportunities to create amazing
outcomesExcellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal
skillsSelf-motivation and organizational skills with the initiative
and ability to complete projects in a timely manner, and proven

factors to determine compensation, including a candidates
education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the
Facilities Manager position is $98,000 annually [or $47.11 per
hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Manager position is
$115,000 annually [or $55.28 per hour]. The compensation that is
offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates
skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will
also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs
