Remote Educational Customer Success Team Manager

Job Description:

An online education platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Educational Customer Success Team Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Coaching, and leading a team of at least five Customer Success Managers
Developing and implementing playbooks and processes
Understanding the key levers to achieving results and create corresponding action plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

3 - 5 years of relevant experience managing and driving revenue from existing SMB customer accounts
At least 2+ years of experience managing high performing teams responsible for customer retention
Strong talent developer with a track record of coaching team members
A true role model of our Focus on Customers core value
Excellent communication skills, strong technical aptitude, and commercially minded
