Basic Qualifications :
Minimum Degree Required :
High School Diploma
Minimum Years of Experience :
10 year(s) of progressive roles leading IT transformation that
include operations, policy, and business strategy.

Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management
Information Systems
Additional Educational Preferences :
MBA preferred/Further Business experience. Computer Science, or
similar.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven
record of success directing efforts in the following areas:
Leading large and diverse quality assurance teams, including
on-shore, off-shore, staff, and vendors resources;
Assisting in the development quality assurance guidelines,
standards, and processes that can be used by project teams with
varying technology stacks within an Agile environment;
Communicating, deploying, and maintaining new quality assurance
processes across project teams;
Working with the domains/business units to understand quality
assurance needs to deploy the appropriate resource to project
teams;
Working with business units, vendors, staff and TCOE leadership to
understand and deploy quality assurance training needs;
Leading vendor management for project delivery, specifically with
quality assurance resources;
Influencing quality and productivity improvements through
involvement in the development of new procedures, process
innovations, and quality assurance tool adoption;
Assigning and managing Quality Assurance resources to support
project teams establishing compliance of new standards, processes,
and tools;
Demonstrating interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written
and interpersonal) including the ability to communicate technical
concepts to a non-technical audience;
Collaborating with senior level staff/partners and other
departments within IT domains establishing testing standards and
processes used are compliant with firm standards;
Communicating with and influencing multiple levels of leadership,
emphasizing the development of effective and collaborative
relationships with key stakeholders and supporting global
initiatives to advance IT capabilities;
Demonstrating proven ability to lead large, diverse, and
distributed teams;
Promoting a culture of innovation, inclusive leadership, and
continuous improvement; and,
Managing resources across the Testing Center of Excellence, while
continuously evaluating and influencing outside vendor testing, and
coordinating with other technology areas for technical developments
and strategies.
