Job Description:

Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, annual goals, and performance metrics for research operations at the organization. This includes management of the of the ACRI operations teams and the day-to-day operational activities of the research institute in support of animal, laboratory, human subject, and data science research operations. Another responsibility is to partner closely with both internal and external researchers, institutional leaders, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals, facilitate collaborations, and conduct team science.

Required Education:
Master's Degree

Required Work Experience:
Related Field - 10 years with 7 years of leadership experience

Recommended Certifications:
Certification in Clinical Trials Administration/Financial management - Society of Research Administration International, Certified Clinical Reseach Coordinator (CCRC) - Academy of Clinical Research Professionals, Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) - Society of Clinical Research Associates, RN License (AR or Compact State) - Arkansas State Board of Nursing (ASBN)
