Wogan Group is looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our corporate team!Responsibilities include:- Pricing Review and Updates- Market Survey Review- Month End Review- Invoice Review- Financial Review- Weekly Manager Calls- Monthly Owner Calls- Capital Improvement Oversight and Management- Budget Preparation- Site Visits- Resident Complaints- Service Contract Management- Perform Employee Evaluations on a quarterly and annual basis- Lender Communications, including Escrow ManagementQualifications- BS Degree in Business Administration preferred- Required 10 years of Community Manager experience- Knowledge of and experience with affordable Section 8 housing; HUD processes including REAC, MOR, COS, EIV, and Tracs- Must be able to work as a team and independently without direct supervision- Excellent customer service and professionalism is a must- Experience with Fortress is a plus- Strong leadership skills requiredTravel- Must be willing to travel up to 50%- Must be willing to drive up to 4 hours one-way
