This exciting opportunity from Alaant Workforce Solutions seeks a Quality Assurance Manager for a leading 503B pharmaceutical manufacturer.   Responsibilities for the -Quality Assurance Manager: -
  
  
  • 
    
  • Manage day-to-day Quality operations and supervise a team of 2 direct reports
    
  • Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines by reviewing SOPs, RCAs, and CAPAs
    
  • Oversee the site's internal audit program and boost inspection readiness
    
  • Approve non-conformance reports related to batch production (e.g. DEVs, EVENTs, EXCs, etc.)
    
  • Work with cross-functional teams and department leaders to drive quality initiatives.
    
    Requirements for the Quality Assurance Manager:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or similar required
      
    • 5+ years of Quality experience in a highly-regulated industry required (i.e. pharma. Medical device, cosmetics, etc.)
      
    • 3+ years of management experience required
      
    • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
