**Job Description** Vista Outdoor's new Sporting Products Company (The Kinetic Group) is seeking an IT Project Manager to add to our team. **The Project Manager** is responsible for all project phases of a complex nature, which may include programs involving multiple project work streams. This position will work both in a matrix model as well as independently and objectively. This position reports to the **Vice President of Information Technology** and is based out of our **Anoka, MN** office. Consideration will be given to remote candidates. **As the IT Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:** + Direct and manage work efforts of a team project, ensuring proper controls and processes are followed to meet established function, quality, cost and schedule objectives associated with projects. + Oversee the analysis, design, execution, and support of assigned projects, including resource planning, budgets, and business communications. + Take responsibility for ongoing process improvements, developing a collaborative environment, and building relationships with the business. + Operate as a leaders and change agent who is able to adapt in a very fast-paced, ever changing environment. **You have:** + Four-year degree, preferably in computer science or information technology, or equivalent work experience. + A minimum of 5 years prior experience with a demonstrated progression to larger and more complex IT projects. + Thorough understanding of Project Management principles, including agile methodologies. + Expertise with MS Project. + Demonstrated track record of successfully managing large-scale ERP implementation and acquisition/divesture activities. Specific technology experience includes: Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft D365 F&O, WMS, and network infrastructure projects. + Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. + Experience partnering with business stakeholders and team members to handle risks, issues, financial and schedule management. + Embraces and drives cultural changes through continuous improvement and learning. + Proven track record of delivering results on time with strong customer focus. + Ability to travel to other locations as required. **Pay Range:** $73,400.00 - $120,500.00 We offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, tuition reimbursement, gear discounts and the ability to add value to an exciting mission!
