Job Description:

Job Purpose and Scope: Organizes, manages and coordinates projects for all departments of the Bank to ensure the successful execution through all phases of a project life cycle. Essential Job Functions: 1. Manages projects as assigned using Bank OZK defined Project Management methodology and tools. 2. Oversees and supports multiple projects simultaneously. 3. Assists with team member selection. 4. Works with project executives and sponsors to define project scope, budget, and success factors. 5. Ensures that project requirements are properly defined and approved. 6. Facilitates regular project status meetings and other project meetings. 7. Prepares and distributes meeting agendas and minutes, project updates and status reports. 8. Coordinates third party vendor project relationships. 9. Tracks, communicates and escalates project risks and issues through risk/issue mitigation and/or resolution. 10. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of other essential job functions. 11. Follows Bank policy, procedures and guidelines. 12. Performs other responsibilities as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 1. Knowledge of project management and related software applications. 2. Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills. 3. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including presentations skills. 4. Ability to manage multiple priorities with exacting deadlines. 5. Ability to adapt to repeated interruptions. 6. Ability to adapt to and manage change effectively. 7. Ability to moderate and take the lead in conference calls. 8. Ability to prioritize various functions to ensure all deadlines are met. 9. Ability to recognize potential problems and respond accordingly. 10. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. 11. Ability to set goals and build group morale and commitment. 12. Ability to convey project expectations and monitor delegated activities. 13. Ability to understand the business implications of tactical decisions. 14. Ability to work without close supervision. 15. Ability to exhibit sound judgment. 16. Ability to work remotely and maintain good punctuality and attendance. 17. Ability to travel for business purposes. 18.
