This position is located in Little Rock, Arkansas which is noted as one of the top 100 best places to live in the USA. The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) is a member of the world's largest integrated health care system and is a tertiary care level 1a teaching facility in the South Central VA Health Care Network (VISN 16). CAVHS is a busy health care center, logging over 900,000 ambulatory care clinic visits each year that includes eight associated community based outpatient clinics. CAVHS is recruiting for a person to fill this position that provides strong clinical support of the hematology/oncology program as well as coordination of some distributive functions of all oncology programs. Other expectations may include experiential opportunities for trainees and investigational pharmacy support related to oncology research. Completion of a PGY2 Oncology residency is preferred.
