• Outpatient clinic with a few inpatient consults
• No call-call is handled my midlevel providers. Strong hospitalist program
• Hospital employed-245 bed, state-of-the-art teaching facility

• Guaranteed base salary (historically physicians have total annual earnings between 75th and 90th %tile)
