Job Description:

Central Arkansas Development Council is looking for a Head Start Mental Health & Disabilities Specialist at the Malvern Operations office. This position assumes the overall responsibility for the design, coordination and implementation of the assigned content area(s) in order to ensure overall program quality. Must have good computer and oral / written communication skills, be well-organized, have demonstrated time management /multi-tasking skills, able to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Experience working pre-school children and/or families in a goal-setting process. Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university; in any field and coursework equivalent to a major relating to early childhood education with experience teaching preschool-age children or related field for a position as required by funding source(s) with equivalent training and experience required.
