QAPI Nurse
Now hiring a Registered Nurse for the newly-created position of QAPI Nurse! This is a full-time office-based position with excellent benefits based at our corporate headquarters in Little Rock, AR. This position reports to our Director of QAPI / Compliance / Education. This is a non-patient care office role requiring strong attention to detail and current home health & OASIS knowledge. Office hours are MON through FRI 8a-5p. Pay depends on experience. Excellent benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• HHCaps & OASIS data
  
• Staff orientation and education programs
  
• Act as back up to LiveQA staff (OASIS & POC review & submittal)
  
• Targeted audits
  
• Medical record requests and subpoenas
• Compliance tracking & trending
  
• QAPI data tracking and trending
• Monthly safety training and safety inspections
• Ensure emergency preparedness programs are in compliance
• Additional duties as assignedRequired experience:
  • We are seeking a Registered Nurse whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
  • Minimum 2 years of current home health & OASIS experience required
    
  • Quality improvement & clinical staff education experience
  • Excellent computer skills and a working knowledge of office machinery (computers, multi-line phones, fax machines, email, etc.)
  • 5 years of clinical nursing experience
