Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join its existing multispecialty group of 11 physicians and 8 Advanced Level Providers. The hospital has been serving the Arkansas River Valley for more than 85 years and currently has 77 active physicians on the medical staff. The Medical Center offers a wide range of medical services, including Women s and Children s Services, Cardiac Catheterization, Diagnostic Cardiac Services, Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, Outpatient Therapy Center, Sleep Study Lab, Hyperbaric Wound Care, Comprehensive Cancer Center, Senior Services, Inpatient and Outpatient Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging, Adult Behavioral Health, MSICU, 24-hour Emergency Services and Home Health. Downtown has benefited from a major redevelopment program in recent years, and the city now serves as the business, government, and cultural center for the Arkansas River Valley. The revitalized downtown area features a newly restored historic Downtown Depot, with a Visitor s Center and railroad museum.
