T\n* he nurse manager is accountable for budget preparation and for fiscal operations of the department. \n* Achieves high productivity while attaining exceptional patient, physician and associate satisfaction. \n* This position requires a sound knowledge of nursing practice and exceptional leadership abilities to manage complex, stressful and critically important environments. \n* Promotes the St. Vincent Health System/CHI mission, vision and purpose.\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n* Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), MSN preferred.\n* Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a healthcare organization required. 3-5 years of clinical management experience preferred.\n* Current unencumbered RN licensure to practice in the State of Arkansas; \n* Membership in professional organizations and professional certification required. Must sit for professional certification within one year of entering the position. Must have obtained professional certification within two years.\n \n \n#missioncritical\n\n*Pay Range*\n$42.49 - $61.61 /hour
