Job Description:

Ten to twelve month education course for OR technicians plus on-the-job training.
Must be currently certified in CPR and re-certified biannually.
Experienced in the use of operating room equipment and machines.
Thorough knowledge of nursing principles and procedures, knowledge and skill in techniques of good patient care and adequate technical vocabulary. - Should retain emotional stability in situations of varying circumstances and possess potential ability for leadership.
Must be able to work in conditions of temperature variations, cramped and close quarters for long periods of time and stressful situations.
