POSITION SUMMARY
The APRN will provide advanced clinical care, focusing on the
diagnosis, treatment, and management of rheumatic diseases. This
role involves direct patient care, collaboration with physicians,
and participation in research and education initiatives to improve
patient outcomes. The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse performs
these functions in a primary or specialty care setting in
collaboration with a licensed physician(s) and under protocol as
required by licensure with the ASBN. They will also ensure the
highest quality of care being administered under their orders by
the nursing staff.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Education: Master's Degree Required.
Experience: At least six months of related experience is
preferred.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and
use electronic medical record systems required.
Certificates & Licenses
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and a Master's
Prepared Advanced Practitioner Program recognized by the Board of
Nursing or from a program otherwise designated for Advanced
Practice Registered Nurses which has been approved by the Arkansas
State Board of Nursing. CPR/AED certification required upon
employment or within first 3 months of employment; recertification
must be maintained throughout employment.
Other Requirements
Willing to travel to several clinical sites
