LPN / LVN Duration: Ongoing 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days,
evenings Employment Type: Staff Location: Bismarck, ND Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Geriatric Care / Long-Term Care
(LTC) Start Date: ASAP Shift: 8-hour day, and evening shifts FTE:
40 hours Seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN/RN to provide
direct care and leadership in a long-term care facility. The nurse
will oversee floor staff, assist with complex patient needs, and
support residents with chronic and acute conditions in a 101-bed
facility. Requirements: Active RN or LPN license in North Dakota
Strong leadership and multi-tasking abilities Passion for geriatric
care and resident-centered approach Experience with common LTC
diagnoses (CHF, dementia, DM, CKD, COPD, dysphagia, urinary
retention, wounds) preferred Compensation & Benefits: Pay: RN
$32.50–$48/hr (based on experience) LPN $26 -$36/hr Relocation
Bonus: Available, determined at offer Sign-On Bonus: Discussed at
offer Setting: Long-Term Care Facility (LTC)\n\nPatient Population:
97\n\nCensus: 101 beds\n\nShift: 8-hour days or evenings\n\nWeekend
Requirement: Every other weekend\n\nHoliday Requirement: Every
other holiday\n\nOrientation: Follow another nurse for 1 shift
(location-specific)\n\nEMR: PCC\n\nFTE: 36 hours/week\n\nPay Range:
