About the Facility Location In Paragould, Arkansas, you can enjoy the outdoors by visiting Crowley's Ridge Nature Center, a great spot for hiking and wildlife observation. Additionally, explore the local history at the Greene County Tech Planetarium, and indulge in some Southern comfort food at one of the town's charming diners, such as Chow at 215! About the Clinician's Workday This Level IV trauma center operates with 12-hour physician shifts (6a-6p and 6p-6a) and 15-16 hours of APP coverage. The emergency department sees an annual volume of 20,316 patients, with a 6.3% transfer rate and a 12.6% admission rate. Candidates who are BC/BE in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine are accepted; nonboard-certified physicians must have at least 2,500 hours of experience within the past five years. ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications are required, and the EMR system used is TruBridge.
