Registered Nurse (RN), ICU Job Type: Full Time Nights Rotate

Position Summary: Provides direct patient care to critically ill
adult patients using the nursing process in accordance with
applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies,
values, and mission of the organization. - Performs plan of care
intervention, including medication administration, specimen
collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care
treatment. - Documents patient care given. - Monitors, records, and
communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team,
physician, patient, and family. - Assists patients with performing
activities of daily living, including personal hygiene,
elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Minimum Qualifications:
Education: - Associate's Degree Nursing (ADN) Required - Bachelor's
Degree Nursing (BSN) Preferred Licenses: - Current RN license in
the state of Kentucky Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS)
within 30 days of hire - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) within 1 year of hire - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
(PALS) within 1 year of hire - Handle with Care to be received
within 30 days of orientation and kept annually. - Must pass a
rhythm recognition test within 90 days of hire/transfer. Minimum
Work Experience: - One or more years of recent Labor and Delivery,
Postpartum and Newborn Nursery experience preferred. EEOC
