A 500 bed, Level II Trauma Community Hospital in Arkansas is seeking BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join their established group of five physicians. This is a tremendous opportunity for fellows to attain expert mentorship or practicing physicians to step into immediate volume. ERCP and EGD experience is encouraged but not required. Visa Sponsorship including J1 and H1b available. Practice and Opportunity: - Joining a team of 5 Gastroenterologists - Strong Culture and Low Turnover - Transitioning to EPIC system-wide - M-F Clinic: 8a-430p - Mornings 10-13 Procedures | Afternoons 10-14 Clinic pts - Typical Procedures: ERCP, Colonoscopy, EGD, esophageal dilation, capsule studies - Light Call 1:6 | Non-Burdensome - Rarely return to Hospital Benefits and Compensation: - Guaranteed Base Salary $600-625k then transition to wRVU productivity - ASC Ownership Potential - Signing Bonus Relocation Stipend - Fellowship Stipend - Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness The city is located on the south bank of a gorgeous river and enjoys a temperate climate with an average high temperature of 72 and an average low temperature of 51.
