Income guarantee, $260,000 - $265,000 / year starting base. then
$300-350k after year 1. Large catchment for 400k people -
$50-75,000 SIGN ON with 3 year commitment - $2,000 month residency
stiped - $25,000.00 yr loan repy or retention - 100% paid
Malpractice and tail - Retirement funding with % match -
