Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Bismarck, North Dakota. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/15/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: \n RN - Med Surg \n\n Job Details: \n • Work 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement \n• Every other holiday requirement \n• Night shifts available \n• First to float when floating is required \n• Patient ratios: Days 1:5, Nights 1:6 \n• Care for 61 combined beds on MS Float unit \n• Nurse aide support available with 1:15 ratios \n• Call or standby requirement with LCD \n• Required certification: BLS \n• Any scrub color acceptable for dress code \n• Care for surgical patients including total joints, fractures, bariatric, urology, and general surgery cases \n• Treat medical patients with conditions such as CHF, CVA, SOB, and diabetic issues \n• Work with respiratory equipment including CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow devices \n• Telemetry monitoring available with monitor tech reading strips and RN confirmation \n• No drip titration required \n• No charge nurse or house supervisor responsibilities \n• EPIC charting system used \n• BSN not required \n• Travel CBO and unit-specific float checklist for orientation \n• Cancellation policy: 4 shifts per contract (3 shifts if contract under 13 weeks) \n\n Facility: \n This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive medical center providing acute care services with a focus on both surgical and medical patient populations.
