Experience the vibrant community of Bismarck, North Dakota—renowned for its friendly atmosphere, scenic riverfront parks, and a blend of urban amenities with small-town charm.\n \n\nTravel Nursing Job Details\n \n Location: Bismarck, ND 58501 (North Dakota nursing jobs)\n Healthcare Setting: Acute Care – Stroke/Neuro Unit (Med Surg type)\n Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/15/2025 – End: 3/16/2026)\n Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12-hour Day/Night Rotating shifts (every other weekend and holiday)\n Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:4\n Charting System: EPIC\n Dress Code: Navy blue uniforms\n Estimated Weekly Salary: $2140 - $2290\n \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg or Stroke/Neuro nursing experience required (2 years preferred)\n Active Registered Nurse (RN) license\n BLS certification (AHA required)\n NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred\n ACLS certification preferred\n Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills\n Must not have a permanent address within 80 miles of Bismarck, ND\n \n\nNeuro RN Responsibilities\n \n Assess, plan, and implement patient care and treatment for stroke, neuro, and acute medical patients\n Demonstrate accountability and respect in collaboration with healthcare team members\n Utilize EPIC for clinical charting and Plum IV pumps & PCAs for medication administration\n Participate in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays\n Engage in a week-long orientation with a preceptor to familiarize with unit routines and processes\n Maintain compliance with facility policies, including badging in/out and dress code\n \n\n \n Discover Bismarck’s welcoming healthcare community, beautiful outdoor spaces, and thriving downtown.
