Job Description We are seeking a dedicated *Telemedicine Advanced Practitioner* (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care via virtual platforms in Arkansas skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Deliver diagnosis, treatment, medication management, and order/interpret tests through virtual rounds with on-site staff. Assess and manage patients independently, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate EMR documentation. Work autonomously, making clinical decisions, especially in urgent situations, while demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills. Utilize telehealth technology and electronic health records proficiently. Qualifications include a relevant degree, 2 years of experience (long-term care preferred), and board certification.
