Position Overview: Primary Care Nurse (RN or LPN) Senior-Focused Primary Care Clinic (65 Prime) - North May Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Position Summary: As part of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Nurse collaborates closely with our Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, effective, and patient-centered care. This role involves partnering with patients, healthcare providers, and other clinical team members to enhance quality outcomes for a designated patient panel. Responsibilities will align with our organizational mission, values, and service standards. Qualifications: Education: Completion of a nursing program from an accredited institution (RN or LPN). Licensure: Valid nursing license in Oklahoma (RN or LPN). Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Preferred Experience: At least 6 months of nursing experience; prior experience in Primary Care is advantageous but not mandatory.
