Overview The Charge Registered Nurse will leverage theoretical
frameworks to guide their clinical decisions. This role involves
assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in
alignment with established nursing standards. Position Details:
Qualifications: Required Education: A nursing degree from an
accredited institution. Preferred Education: A Bachelor of Science
in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, though an Associate's Degree in
Nursing (ASN) is acceptable. License: A valid Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of Oklahoma. Certifications: Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. We
Provide Excellent Benefits: Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for experienced
RNs. Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage starting on

for eligible employees working 32 hours or more per pay period.

Shift differentials: $3.25 for evening shifts, $4.00 for night
